My name is Benjamin Howell, and I'm the founder of Tranceform Wellness. At Tranceform Wellness, we believe that mental health care should be accessible to all. Our mission is to increase healthcare availability by providing high-quality psychiatry services at affordable rates. Our practice is able to provide a full suite of services, including telehealth medication management appointments, ketamine treatments, and therapy services.

Disappointing and unhelpful experience.
I contacted the reception desk to confirm my own appointment information and was refused the details. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive, which made a simple request unnecessarily frustrating. For a medical practice, clear communication and basic courtesy should be the minimum. I would not recommend based on this experience.
