“The office staff were very friendly, and had clear communication. I was seen within 30 minutes of my appointment time. Dr. Bernice Li made me feel safe, asked if I was uncomfortable during my examination, and answered all of my questions about my health and insurance (it was my first time booking a medical appointment on my own insurance). I would recommend to any women who want a safe and caring environment for their OBGYN needs.”

About Dr. Bernice Li
Dr. Bernice Li earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Stony Brook University. She then matriculated at the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center, where she earned her Doctor of Medicine. Dr. Li completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Westchester Medical Center/New York Medical College, serving as Chief Resident. She was also recognized for outstanding minimally invasive gynecologic surgery by the Society of Laparoscopic & Robotic Surgeons.

Dr. Li provided excellent service! She listened to my concerns and answered my questions. She was very patient and did not rush me at all. Dr. Li would explain each step during the exam and let me know what she was seeing. I am happy I found Dr. Li!

I really cannot recommend Dr. Li enough. She got me help for a pain problem I've had for ten (!!!) years that I have seen maybe three other gynecologists for. Totally life-changing. I've never had a consistent gynecologist before but feel glad I have a great one now.

Dr. Li is the best doctor I've seen in a while. She's super knowledgeable, but also warm and caring. Dr. Li listened to me carefully and answered all my questions - I never felt rushed. She also informed me about my options in my situation and been compassionate about my limitations.
The nurse has been very kind and friendly. I'll sure be coming here a lot.

though it’s convenient and an environment i can trust. the wait was long, but that’s ok- the staff made it worthwhile. will trust visit them again for my future appointments!

They are horrible at communicating. They say they give calls but that’s is their only way of reaching you. I came for an appointment, only for them to tell me I cancelled. Not friendly to people of color!!!

Terrible experience. I had my appt 2 months ago and got some tests done. She told me if anything was bad she would call me. I received 2 bad results and never got a call. I ended up having a severe adverse reaction to medication I got and reached out 3 times to speak with her. The office never returned my messages. I called again after being hospitalized from the medication reaction, they picked up, automatically put me on hold after asking for my name and then hung up the line after having me on hold for 30 minutes. Terrible communication, I would not recommend at all.

Dr. Li is a great doctor. This is my 2nd yr with her and I have so much confidence with her knowledge and care. Staff were friendly too. Wait times could be a little long since they have a lot of patients. Highly recommended doctor and office loc.

This was my first time here. The office was clean, staff were very friendly. I absolutely adore Dr. Li, she took her time to thoroughly explain things and asked if I had any questions. She did not make me feel judged when expressing my concerns or rushed. I think I have found my long term GYN.
