She is very polite and truly caring. She definitely went above and beyond on what I would expect in terms of doctors going out of their way to make it easier for their patients - following up with labs, and hospitals personally to ensure that I have results as soon as possible in a stressful time, and truly taking the time to see and talk me through a tough time.
