Dr. Porche is a medical graduate from the University of Texas, Houston, where she earned her Doctor of Medicine. She completed her internship in General Surgery and her residency in Psychiatry at Baylor College of Medicine. She discovered her passion for psychiatry during medical school. While working rotations in a general hospital, she found herself more focused on the mental health of patients who were admitted.
Her broad experience covers treating depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and PTSD, mostly in adults of all ages. She is particularly interested in TMS and esketamine due to the benefits these treatments can provide to patients suffering from treatment-resistant depression. At Mindful Health Solutions, she will focus on medication management, TMS, and esketamine treatment options.
Dr. Porche believes in working together with patients to find the best treatment plan for each individual. She also enjoys educating patients who may be new to medication treatment and have reservations about it.
She enjoys watching sports with her husband and spending time with friends and family. She is passionate about the Buckeyes football team and always enjoys reading new books. When not at home, she is always looking for an excuse to travel and experience new places and cultures.
