Absolutely misleading. They advertise themselves as an orthopedic office, but the provider is only a podiatrist. I came in for a possible 5th metatarsal fracture after being sent from urgent care, and they refused to see me because they claimed I needed a referral, even though I had already obtained one right before the appointment.
The front desk staff was dismissive and rude from the moment I tried to explain the situation. No empathy, no effort to help, no interest in the fact that I had been jumping through hoops all morning just to make sure everything was in order. After all that, I find out they aren’t even an orthopedic practice like they advertise.
A complete waste of time and energy. 0/10. Do not recommend.

This was my first appointment with a podiatrist, and Dr. Li surpassed my expectations. He listened attentively as I explained my reason for seeking out a podiatrist and was equipped with all the answers/recommendations regarding my projected plan of care. I left the visit feeling comfortable and understood.

Doctor Li listen carefully to the problem and read my x-ray and explained everything clearly. He recommended a couple of different fixes for my problem. And we’ll be seeing him again in a few weeks for a follow up I would highly recommend the office and Dr Li.

I would highly recommend Doctor Li. He was very friendly and likeable, and took a keen interest in my problem, taking a lot of time to ask questions and ascertain exactly what was wrong. He is extremely knowledgeable and spent a lot of time explaining to me and answering my questions, which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely go back to him, he was awesome!

Doctor Bohan Li was great. He educated me on how to fix the pain on my feet and answered all my questions. And gave me good insole recommendations. And also referred me to take X-rays. Takes his job very serious. I will be back soon to follow up.

Dr. Lee was knowledgeable & attentive. He provided clear & understandable explanations; the short-term solutions he offered me (which I needed to complete a job I was working) were immensely helpful & made a world of difference in lowering my pain level as I got through the job I was on.
I initially only went to this provider because my former one changed to a location further than I wished to travel, but I am as satisfied with Dr. Li as I was my other provider, after initially feeling uneasy about my need to switch.
The office staff were all friendly & quick to accommodate my needs. Highly recommend.
