“Dr. Chusid was fast and efficient. I told him what my symptoms were and he scheduled my tests immediately. After that we can hopefully know what's wrong with me. I recommend him. There's lots of meter parking by his office and the trains and buses go there also. ”

“Even though I had to wait an hour to see the doctor it was worth it. He listened to my concerns and best of all I was able to schedule an appointment after I finished work. I finish work at 7:15 in the summer and had an appointment with him for 7:45 pm. He was very straightforward. Thank you again doctor!”

Really nice to speak with & he answered all my questions!
I was quite nervous, but he put me at ease right away. This was only consultation, so will know more next time.
This office clearly has issues. Wait times exceed 1.5 hours for all patients!!! This place is no good.

He is a great Gastroenterologist. The office is a little chaotic. But the visit was ok.

Dr. Chusid and his staff run a very comfortable and pleasant office.

The wait was ridiculous! When I got there, the waiting room was packed, so I figured there must be more than one doctor—but it was just him, and it was already 8 p.m. The office didn’t even bother calling to say he was running late. It made no sense at all.

Great very. Friendly worker. Very nice doctor.

The doctor totally ignored everything that I said. He made appointments for 2 exams on a day that I could not take off from work so I had to cancel them. I was made to wait for 40 minutes after my appointment for paperwork, and they forgot that I was waiting. Needed (and still need) treatment for painful condition but was left without any resolution. Place was a zoo. The front staff at the desk were very friendly.

My first time I waited more than 6 hours to be seen by the Dr. My second time I saw the Dr for no reason because he didn’t the results of the EGD he did three weeks before the appointment. I was still charged just to see the MD’s face telling me that results were not ready because of the summer vacations. Went a 3rd time, still don’t know the results.

Lots of waiting room. This was my first visit so maybe the wait time is a little longer. The front desk and doctor was courteous and professional.
Verified patient
The wait wasn't terrible (5:45pm appointment). Once we saw Dr Chusid, it didn't matter. He wasn't just "acting'' like a concerned doctor, he was truly invested in helping my husband. He didn't rush us out like so many doctors who watch the clock during rush hours. He listened and asked questions that weren't general robotic nonsense. He was warm, affable and a real gem.
