“Dr Addison is amazing! I was in the process of finding a new endocrinologist as I was not happy with the bedside manner nor wait time of my current one, I am SO glad I found Dr Addison. The waiting room time was about 10 min but only because I had to fill out new patient ppwk. Once in the room she came right in and talked to me for a while, she rushed me over to get bloodwork before they closed so I didn't have to come back and then finished our appt. It was great! She even redid my blood pressure before I left b/c I have typical "white coat syndrome" and get nervous! It was perfect. I highly recommended.”

By encouraging open communication and collaboration, Dr. Addison works closely with her patients to create a treatment plan uniquely tailored to their needs and lifestyles. She values education and enjoys teaching patients the underlying pathophysiology of their disease so they have a clear understanding of their treatment plan. Dr. Addison earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from A.T. Still University in Mesa and completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Corpus Christi Medical Center. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Arkansas, Pine Bluff. She is a member of the American Thyroid Association, Endocrine Society, American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, American College of Osteopathic Internist Physicians, Texas Osteopathic Medical Association, and American Osteopathic Association. Her research and scholarly interests focus on diabetes, particularly diabetes and cardiovascular disease, as well as obesity management. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Keith, and two sons, Isaiah and Micah.
