It was not until after a very rough pregnancy that left me feeling flu-like sickness and fatigue for over three years that I realized I wanted to make a career change to become a dietitian. I wanted to be able to help others who were struggling with various health issues or general wellness through diet and lifestyle adjustments. Nutrition helped heal me, and I want to help you too.I completed my supervised practice program and Master of Professional Practice in Dietetics (MPPD)from Iowa State University. I have outpatient counseling experience at Northwestern Hospital, I've been in a number of in-patient facilities, as well as working with my local school system on children's nutrition.My priority is to help you set attainable goals to achieve your desired outcome. Whether you need help managing diabetes, are struggling with fertility, high cholesterol, want to achieve better overall health and energy, or any other condition or concern, I will be with you step-by-step to help you reach your health and wellness goals.
