Dr Brandon Kakos was a very relaxed clear communicator. I have anxiety about doctors and dentists. When Dr. Kakos walked into the room he fist bumped me, took a look at my injury with the ultrasound. He talked with me the whole way explaining what we were looking at on the screen. That took a lot of anxiety out of me keeping my mind moving and focusing on something other then my fear. I highly recommend.

Although I put all my information and insurance into app, office didn’t seem to receive it from ZocDoc and required it all before they could take my appointment. Better to improve comms between app and doctors office.

My appointment with the doctor was awesome! I learned a lot from the visit and he was very friendly and professional. Only thing is that a woman at the front desk made me feel bad when checking in. The app doesn't say to call when you arrive, and doesn't give you the information of where the office is located in the building (unless I missed it on the app?) so I felt bad for walking in. I couldn't figure out where his room was so I called to get the number. I feel like one of the receptionist got frustrated with me for me not having my physical insurance card. The card is my Dad's so all I'm able to use is a picture. I've been to multiple appointments else where, and they've never told me that I HAVE to get a physical copy, like I literally can't get one lol, so please don't lecture me on 'what I need to get'. Every single other office I've been to are 100% fine with me emailing it to them. She made me feel just bad and anxious. Any who, besides that, everything else was great and everyone else was kind and friendly. I definitely recommend going here for your injuries.

Dr. Kakos was very knowledgeable and thorough. He went over the x-rays with me in detail and explained what he was seeing. He took his time with me and never seemed rushed. The x-ray technician and office staff were very nice and friendly. Great experience overall.

Even with the covid pandemic they have a system to get you in and out safely. I felt comfortable during my visit. I had no wait time. I would definitely go back here again for my sports related injuries.

Very thorough questioning by the Resident to aid in his diagnosing of the problem. My questions were welcomed and answered by the Resident and Dr. Kakos. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. This was my first visit.

Dr Kakos has a great bedside manner, his entire staff got us in immediately and were extremely helpful with an insurance issue and most importantly, he diagnosed the issue and treated it on the spot. The pain was almost entirely gone before we were even back home! We highly recommend Dr. Kakos and his office!

Excellent! Dr. Kakos was thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and so kind to my daughter who was quite upset discovering that her hit on the soccer field caused some serious damage. Dr. Kakos even followed up with a call in the evening to see how she was doing.
