The nurse was nice but he was not really listening, I told him I had no pain, but he kept talking about how to relieve the pain. Also, he did not email me my xrays like he promised.

I would probably not recommend going back here. I never did end up seeing the doctor, as the front desk was incorrect in my insurance responsibility. I cancelled immediately when they tried to say my coinsurance was 40% even though I was in-network. I have gone here several times and they are in-network. It should have just been a copayment, but they kept changing their information. Even after asking how much the office visit would be, they said they did not know and I would get a bill in 2-4 weeks. Very disappointed with this urgent care facility. The doctors I saw just a few months ago from this facility was great, but their front desk process was not good, so I ultimately had to cancel.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. It was my first time at this office and they made me feel comfortable. I went for a pre employment physical and drug test and I was in and out in no time.

This was my first time visiting this urgent care and I will definitely be returning if needed in the future. It was quick, the office staff and doctor were great. I really felt heard and understood when it came to my situation and I received great care.

I felt very sick with a cold, and cough. I also had a stye on my right eye. My right knee was hurt. Doctor listened to to my lungs and and gave me prescription for for cough, and an inhaler. Also over the counter mucinex tablets. Very good suggestions for my other ailments. An excellent and knowledgeable doctor.

Made an appointment online through ZocDoc and waited for over 45 minutes past my appointment time and several walk ins where seen before me. When they realized I was still waiting I was rushed in a room to wait another 40 minutes before actually being seen by a doctor. Once I saw the doctor the prescription sent was incomplete and declined by the pharmacy. So after two phone calls and more wasted time, was finally able to fill the prescription.

Office was clean rooms a little less clean. Front office and Dr were professional but wait time was a little more than an hour. For a clinic that wasn’t busy 3 people in the waiting room. I feel with an appointment that was a bit long. I would probably return here based on my experience as a whole.

The doctor was knowledgeable & gave further instructions for treatment which turned out to be very much needed.
Someone from the office reached out to us after reviewing the treatment & gave more recommendations. Really pleased with the care, followup & professionalism. I’d highly recommend this Urgent Care facility.
