“Everyone here is so nice and friendly and really make a trip to urgent care less stressful. From the receptionists all the way to doctor Andrew everyone was so friendly and explained things very clearly. Although, they did recommend I go to the ER cause they needed equipment to do testing that they didn’t have. I know it was for the best and I will definitely keep them in mind next time I have to go to urgent care. 10 out of 10 customer service and friendliness. It’s nice to go to a place where you feel like they actually care.”

I have Kaiser and needed an xray. I found this location close to my work and got seen right away. Unlike Kaiser's urgent care which can take several hours. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice and efficient this urgent care was. I needed to get my child a rapid strep test. There weren’t any apts with her pediatrician and CHOCs urgent care didn’t accept my insurance. I had low expectations and was caught off guard on how smooth everything went. The PA listened to me about my daughter’s history and had great bedside manner. The girls in the front reception office were very friendly and nice, and the waiting room area was clean. I don’t always get that from even my child’s pediatric at times. I’ll definitely return if needed

The doctor that I saw had an odd bedside manner. When he walked into the room, instead of greeting me or introducing himself, he just stood and stared at me until I explained the reason for my visit. The whole time he was in the room, he was aloof and unapproachable. He stood at the door and barely came near me, like I had the plague (I was there for flu-like symptoms, nothing crazy).

The best urgent care in the area. Period. If your insurance covers this place I highly recommend you visit here. The office is clean, the staff warm and friendly, and they listen to you! I’ve been here a few times now and I can honestly say it’s always the same experience. Have something that needs professional medical assistance, make an appt (preferably, wait is usually no more than 30 mins with this, if that), and then you get to chat with the fabulous medical staff. 11/10 would recommend, this is not the nightmare local urgent cares I grew up with as a kid! Thanks team for always making it simple and effective!

The office staff- particularly Devon was unprofessional, rude and downright unpleasant. My friend recommended I come to this clinic. I brought her with. She has been here several times. She stated Devon is rude and unprofessional each time but she has had a pleasant experience with others.
The first person I say, a student male-former medic. Pleasant, kind, empathetic. His bedside manner and professionalism nearly made up for the rest of your office staff and physician, Dr. Perry.
Dr. Perry ensured I knew in a variety of different ways he was not interested in hearing or listening to anything I had to say. I was just released from the hospital following a major MVA with worsening cognitive symptoms. I brought a copy of the radiologist report to which Dr. Perry told me “as a physiatrist at the hospital!!!, he did not need to look at the document because he is sure of what it reads. I followed with a question or two regarding my care to which he responded I’m not a mind reader!

Had an appointment and waited. Was seen by doctor who informed us they didn’t have any strep tests then proceeded to prescribe antibiotics. I was complaining about the visit to the girls at the front and the clinic manager came out and said we could do a throat culture. So we did and haven’t heard back.

The provider was very quiet. He was silent most of the time and stared intently at my daughter’s hand without speaking. He did not offer any pain relief, or offer an xray. We are still not sure if she has a broken bone. It was just an odd experience. He told us to just use the splint we purchased and then stopped speaking. I asked if there was anything else and he shook his head. Very little communication and seemed to have little concern for her pain level or injury.

I would probably not recommend going back here. I never did end up seeing the doctor, as the front desk was incorrect in my insurance responsibility. I cancelled immediately when they tried to say my coinsurance was 40% even though I was in-network. I have gone here several times and they are in-network. It should have just been a copayment, but they kept changing their information. Even after asking how much the office visit would be, they said they did not know and I would get a bill in 2-4 weeks. Very disappointed with this urgent care facility. The doctors I saw just a few months ago from this facility was great, but their front desk process was not good, so I ultimately had to cancel.

The most professional and caring urgent care office you will find. I prefer coming here than to my own primary care physician. The PA is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He remembers information from past visits and takes great care in listening to concerns. The MA's and front office staff are friendly and efficient.

I felt very sick with a cold, and cough. I also had a stye on my right eye. My right knee was hurt. Doctor listened to to my lungs and and gave me prescription for for cough, and an inhaler. Also over the counter mucinex tablets. Very good suggestions for my other ailments. An excellent and knowledgeable doctor.

Made an appointment online through ZocDoc and waited for over 45 minutes past my appointment time and several walk ins where seen before me. When they realized I was still waiting I was rushed in a room to wait another 40 minutes before actually being seen by a doctor. Once I saw the doctor the prescription sent was incomplete and declined by the pharmacy. So after two phone calls and more wasted time, was finally able to fill the prescription.
