Dr. Kibola has helped many patients regain their lives from depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, peripartum mood disorders, and other psychiatric conditions through a combination of medication and therapy. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth and completed her residency in Psychiatry at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Dr. Kibola spends ample time getting to know each patient before creating a fully customized treatment plan tailored to their specific needs and priorities. She approaches each patient with the understanding that mental health transcends the mind and body to include relationships and faith.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Our collaborative model allows us to build a custom treatment plan for each patient based on personal concerns, feedback, and evidence-based medicine. But these tailored plans go beyond traditional medicine to include counseling and alternative treatments designed to heal your body, mind, and soul.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Dr. Kibola will perform a thorough medical and psychiatric assessment and help with education and review of potential treatment options. Her approach is holistic assessing your body, mind and spirit. You can choose from virtual or in person appointments. -Comprehensive Psychiatric Assessment -Psychoeducation on Potential Diagnoses -Discussion of Treatment Options that may include: -Prescription Medications -Further lab/genetic testing -Natural Supplements -Therapy/Coaching referral Following the evaluation and if wanting to start treatment, we will create a treatment plan unique to your biology and lifestyle.
