I never had a hearing test like this one. Dr Was excellent, explained every step of test and was extremely professional and courteous. I understood my situation and already booked a followup appointment

She was very clear about what we were doing, explained the hearing test in detail and reviewed my chart with me. We also discussed options and she explained that while I have moderate hearing loss, usual for mty age, if I felt it would help, I could try a hearing aid. No pressure at all from her.
