“I am a patient of Dr. Phoebe Koch prior to Skin MT being purchased by a corporate entity. I like her. Today I saw Dr. Brett Bender for a very minor issue that took about 7 minutes to remove. I had a glass shard foreign body stuck in my right index finger that was so tiny I needed help removing it, as I am right handed. It was an easy procedure but required two strong ?? lenses and another person to do it because I could not. I have never used zocdoc before. I found it frustrating as it asked me over and over to repeat/input the same information. It is jot patient user friendly to navigate and challenging for people that are not tech savvy. I do not like zocdoc. This facility already had my information that should have been on file and imported into the new computer system when the business purchase transitioned. Now my personal information is out there in a cloud/app management system just so I could be seen for a sliver in my finger ??!!! ”
