“Good, Patricia at front desk was nice and friendly, greeted me as I walked in, said she was with another patient and would be right with me, got right back to me right after the other patient and ready to answer any questions with understandable answers, also looked like she was training someone introduced me to her as well. She would be great to use companywide for an example of how to be at the front desk.”

The doctor did not show up to work that day and they didn't even call me to inform me not to come in. They wanted me to see another doctor instead via Telehealth when I specifically came in because the doctor was supposed to meet with me in-person.
