“Dr. Henley is the GOAT—been through 3 others therapists but now I’be been seeing him for almost 2 years. His therapy feels very human-centric as opposed to clinical. And so, he has over time (it does take a bit longer than something like a worksheet but I much prefer the level of understanding I get) given me the tools to better understand myself and the world:)”
