This was the initial consult with Dr Hong via video conference, as I don’t live near the location and wanted to talk with him first before I make arrangements for an in person examination. He was very professional and friendly. He also showed alternative “over the counter” type methods to try to address the issues with pain / discomfort before discussing any sort of surgery, which I greatly appreciated. He listened to me and my concerns and questions and also asked questions himself to try to get a better idea of what the issues may be. I will definitely be scheduling an in person visit in the office soon to get a better idea of the next step for my feet (no pun intended).

I really appreciate how kind the doctor and nurse were to me. I felt very comfortable and they assured me that the procedure wasn't a big deal and that'd it'd only take a short time to complete. They also were able to do more than I expected which was friggin' amazing. I dealt with this pain for 35 years and - poof - gone in 20 minutes. I'm extremely thankful to the team here.
