Getting to know Dr. Brian Lempa
Dr. Lempa is an adult psychiatrist who believes in collaborative treatment with a focus on increased functionality and individual outcomes. Dr. Lempa provides a thorough assessment utilizing a biological, psychological, social, cultural and spiritual formulation. He formulates an individualized treatment plan consisting of nutrition, exercise, psychotherapy and psychopharmacology. He looks forward to helping you overcome your current mental health burdens and helping you live a fulfilled, balanced and successful life! Dr. Lempa attended medical school in Las Vegas, Nevada (Touro University Nevada Osteopathic Medicine Program) and then migrated east to New Orleans for his Adult Psychiatric Residency (LSU-Ochsner Adult Psychiatry Residency Program). He trained with a diverse patient population and he is knowledgeable in neuroanatomy, neurochemistry, psychopharmacology and psychotherapy.

I felt comfortable talking and sharing with my Dr. on my first visit. He felt empathetic and willing to listen to me talk about my needs and experiences, which I think are important to getting a complete picture of who I am.
