I skip the drive, the callous from work, the waiting room, the secretary that says filp this out and have a seat....I mean things that are unnecessary when you physically don't have to be examined are skipped and if I have an issue through out the month I can contact my primary and speak to him personally. The Doc is someone I can talk to and feel comfortable with. Please do yourself a favor and try this app and MP Masters out specifically he is the best. You won't be disappointed.”

We do NOT ACCEPT insurance. We are a concierge provider without a traditional office location. Got a laceration? We come fix it whenever you need-at the football game with your kid? We'll come there. Grandmother can't travel well in a car? We'll come to her bedside. We keep our overhead low so our cash prices can remain affordable. Insurance is a hassle, and we created this practice because insurance often hurts people more than it helps. For example, to order Zofran, an anti-nausea medication that costs 17 cents a pill wholesale, insurance companies demand pages of paperwork just to approve it.
We are not afraid to care for you, even if you have COVID. We want to actually listen to your lungs and assess you in person. If you prefer a tele-visit, we'll still do our best to make you well. As of February 2022, our COVID death rate is ZERO. You are treated like family-a person, not a number. We are NOT your typical provider. We don't spend two minutes with you and say, “Have a good year.” We actually sit down and listen. We are not judgmental; we all have our issues.
Laceration care depends on many factors but costs far less than an ER or many urgent cares. If you choose to make us your primary provider and enroll in our practice, we offer monthly memberships based on your complexity, billed 30 days later. This membership includes almost unlimited visits, direct access to our cell number, blood work, night visits, and much more. You can cancel anytime-just like a TV subscription. No hassle. No problems. We just want to help people. We look forward to caring for you!

Doctor Masters was the by far the easiest and most helpful medical experience I have ever had. Other doctors I have dealt with in the past seem to not want to hear what I have to say or even care in some situations. I end up going back to the office saying "hey you forgot this prescription or sent to wrong place. Doctor Masters is 5 stars if ever there was one. Very discreet way to discuss what medications and conditions are problems or work or needed and the most understanding, helpful Doctor I have ever met with. Video chat avoids me having to declare my problems to entire waiting room at the VA hospital. Instead of being rushed out with what the doctor thinks is best without asking patient input, he genuinely listens. I know he cares about his patients. Told me to give him a call anytime if my mental health was affecting me even weekends which is just amazing. Blown away by the experience and I would recommend anyone. Also a fellow veteran with similar past which made him super relatable. All around great experience and my medications were filled within 1 hour which is unheard of for me. I'm definitely sticking with Doctor Masters for good and you should give him a try. You won't be disappointed.

Dr. master is highly recommendable. He checks all the boxes. Highly educated in many aspects of healthcare paired with great advice and his experience in the medical field is undeniable and it shows in many ways. Great listener, easy to talk to you, provide safe environment, wants to see you succeed etc. Dr. Master is very creative and I believe he represents the present and future of generalized healthcare. All of this as well as his very affordable payment plan. Very satisfied!
