About Dr. Brice Rolston
AletheosMD is a private, physician-led practice for high-performing adults who want discreet, medically grounded care for alcohol use disorder—without the usual bureaucracy or stigma. We combine evidence-based medical treatment with a structured coaching curriculum and specialized integration support.
Where we see patients
• Telemedicine: MI, OH, IL, AZ, FL, TX, LA
• In-person: Michigan (travel may be required)
Initial Consultation: $795
Your first visit is a comprehensive physician-led evaluation of alcohol use patterns, health history, withdrawal risk, cravings, sleep/mood, and performance impact. You’ll leave with a clear plan and next steps. When appropriate, care may include medication options to reduce cravings/support recovery, medical monitoring, and coordination with therapy or higher levels of care.
Michigan 2-day in-person ketamine intensive
For select patients who are appropriate candidates, AletheosMD offers a 2-day ketamine intensive in Michigan. Out-of-state patients can participate by traveling to Michigan. This experience includes preparation and structured follow-up.
What makes AletheosMD different: Integration coaching
Breakthroughs only matter if they change your day-to-day life. Our integration coaching is designed to translate insight into durable behavior change—habits, relationships, decision-making, and your personal operating system.
Important notes
• AletheosMD is a cash-pay practice.
• Not an emergency service. If you have severe withdrawal symptoms (confusion, hallucinations, seizures, chest pain, suicidal thoughts), call 911 or go to the ER.
