“Had a phone visit and all went well. Staff was polite and thorough when obtaining the info they needed, however they seemed to be busy, so it took a bit of time.
Definitely recomend calling the office prior to your visit to ensure you have plenty of time to get any forms filled out.
Doctor Trevino was very pleasant to speak with.
She was also very thorough, polite and attentive to my needs and was able to sort everything out very quickly. Very happy to have found this practice!”

I felt like I was the only one who was trying to help myself. I paid out of pocket, I filled out the forms 4 separate times, I never even saw or spoke to a provider. I made the appointment because I am in such SEVERE PAIN from my.
The reason I selected when I made the appointment was to treat and manage this pain. I desperately need to be seen ASAP so I get by through Christmas. The office was MORE THAN WILLING to take the exorbitant amount of money for my appointment gut it felt like that I as the patient, amounted to nothing more than an inconvenience. Which I believe could be further from the truth because I booked this appointment at least 6 hours ahead of time.
I never saw, spoke with, had a telehealth call, etc. with Bricia Trevino. The medical assistant did t even connect me to Ms. Trevino.
I cried and cried because I feel neglected and like I was taken advantage of.
If anyone has any suggestions, or any other doctors who can help, PLEASE PLEASE let me know!

I scheduled 3 appointments supposed to be online and never got the email for it. The staff was aware filed out all paperwork. Never got a phone call or anything. Clearly scheduled a meeting online but no. Very unprofessional.
