About Brittany Turbeville

Primary care has been my focus since 2012, and what draws me to it is the opportunity to treat the whole patient, not just a part. Talking with people, truly listening and understanding how they feel these are skills I believe are embedded in me, and they shape every patient interaction I have.Being an excellent listener matters deeply to me, as does teaching. My approach is open-minded and empathetic, and I take pride in building genuine connection and rapport with the patients I see. When patients feel heard, care becomes a conversation rather than a transaction.In addition to my clinical work, I serve as a preceptor for nurse practitioner students from various universities, helping to train the next generation of healthcare clinicians.Born and raised in Greensboro, I am proud to call it home. My husband and I have two young girls. Family time, especially with my girls, is where I recharge. I enjoy cooking, dining out and traveling. More recently, I have discovered a new love for playing tennis.
