About Dr. Brittney Lesher

A Little About Me I grew up on a small island in Hawaii and struggled with severe asthma, anxiety, and allergies throughout my childhood. I spent a lot of time worrying about my health and depended on several medications at a young age. As I got older, I learned about the many ways people took care of their health and became fascinated with natural medicine. I decided to shadow an ND practicing in Honolulu in hopes of learning more about alternative forms of healthcare. I saw how much time and care went into each patient's visit and how each treatment plan was customized to the patient's unique needs-blending the best of both conventional and natural therapies. From that day on, I was hooked and decided to become a Naturopathic Doctor. I earned my Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from Bastyr University, where I received extra specialized training in rheumatology and autoimmune conditions, allergic and infectious diseases, and various women's health conditions. After medical school, I completed a year of residency through the Institute for Natural Medicine at a group practice in Redmond and went on to co-own Junction Naturopathic Medicine, a primary care clinic in West Seattle. Throughout this time, I have polished my skills as a primary care physician and helped many patients overcome chronic health conditions by addressing the root causes: chronic inflammation, infections, allergies, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalance, and detoxification. My main goal as a doctor is to empower and inform each patient so they are equipped to make the best choices for their individual health journey. I strongly believe that true health is fostered by the day-to-day decisions each of us makes, and I want to help you make the most well-informed decisions that work for YOU. I am very excited to work with you on your health and look forward to meeting you soon!
