First visit to a medical facility in South Carolina for me. The front desk receptionist was cordial, soft-spoken and very accommodating. As for the medical staff, they all were very pleasant, professional and stress free consultation. Dr. M. was knowledgeable and easy to understand without being patronized. He explained to me what I had and didn’t have , made a referral for the appropriate specialist, suggested a few exercises I could do in the meantime to stretch safely my low back, and politely asked me if he could do a quick prayer for a faster recovery as he said he was (is) a Christian doctor. This was very unusual to me, but at that moment I could use all the help I could get. Medical knowledgeable + divine intervention = a win, win for me. It was a very positive experience overall.

It was my first visit and he put my spirit at ease immediately. I thought I would have to convince him of my pain. But there was no need. I was ready to accept lesser treatment because my last experience with previous doctor wasn't very positive. I was ready to give up. He recommended a treatment plan to get to get me back my mobility.
