About Brooke Seibert
I have been a Registered Dietitian for over 10 years, working primarily in clinical and community outpatient settings. I have in-depth experience with gastrointestinal disorders, diabetes, and heart health. After becoming a dietitian, I realized that making a change is much deeper than just “willpower,” which sparked a fiery passion to help people navigate change through balance. This passion then led me to focus on counseling individuals with disordered eating and eating disorders. Witnessing weight discrimination in the medical field—and how it perpetuates cycles of dieting and negative body image—has fueled my commitment to help people break free from these patterns and advocate for meaningful change within the medical industry. I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Family and Consumer Sciences from Illinois State University, which have provided a strong foundation for my clinical and counseling work.
