Efficient, thoughtful, and thorough. The appointment was well structured without feeling rigid. I left feeling reassured and confident in the next steps.
Came in for adult ADHD and felt like Dr. Lao actually got it. He knew the nuances and did not brush things off or oversimplify. Honestly one of the better psych visits I have had.
Dr. Lao balances clinical expertise with a very human approach. He explained the reasoning behind recommendations, which helped build trust. Overall, a very positive experience.
