“First of all sometimes even booking an appt can be stressful but it was easy and office called to confirm within a few hours. I believe many people have anxiety when visiting any dr office especially when having any medical issue. All the staff was polite and compassionate and just plain and simple “nice”…… things were explained well and bloodwork/ urine sample done on site as well as other tests. Seems like this is an organized office and staff is on the same page! Kind & professional!”

About Dr. Burton Waisbren

Dr. Waisbren attended the University of Wisconsin and is a graduate of Tufts Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts. He served as medical clerkship in Oxford, England, with Dr. Paul Beeson, and a cardiovascular clerkship in Houston, Texas, with Dr. Michael DeBakey. He then served his internship and medical residency at Boston City Hospital. Dr. Waisbren received his advanced cardiovascular training at the Cornell – New York Hospital Medical Center, in New York City. He is board-certified in both internal medicine and cardiovascular diseases, and is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology.

This was my first appointment with this doctor, after both moving cross-state and being informed that my previous practice was closing. What impressed me the most was the thoroughness with which the doctor addressed my questions and medical history. He immediately requested tests and labs that would allow him to size up any medical issues that I summarized for him. I'm going back in a week to review test results and recommendations and then in a month as a follow-up. This is all I could have hoped for in an initial visit. Ask me again in a month or two if you want to know more.

Dr. Weisbren is very focused on you as a patient. He reviews your history. He actually listens to you and shares his medical opinions and offers a treatment plan for you. He offers Labcorp right in his office which is so convenient.
He goes the extra mile for his patients! He even contacted a specialist for me himself after hours.
I would highly recommend him if you want an excellent Dr.

Dr. Weisbren is one of a kind. I had an upper respitary infection, with frequent coughing, phlegm coming up, sore throat, with no fever. he examined me by looking in my mouth, down my throat, asked me many questions, and wound up giving me the usual amoxicilin(antibiotic), plus something for my lungs, and something for my sore throat. I've had this is the past, and doctors just give amoxicilin. Dr Weisbren goes the extra 2 miles, addressing the trauma possibly experienced by my lungs, and my sore throat. Its a good feeling after you've seen a doctor that you feel WELL CARED FOR. It is a practice that is almost extinct when dictors go the extra mile to care for a patient. Thank you DR Weisbren!!
