About Dr. Bush Benjamin
Dr. Bush Benjamin is an Internal Medicine physician who focuses on all aspects of his patients' care. He is experienced in treating both acute and chronic conditions, and strives to incorporate his patient's physical and mental well-being into their overall health. Dr. Benjamin is committed to providing humanistic care and aims to engage patients in their own health plans in hopes to build a lasting team dynamic between himself and his patients.
Dr. Bush Benjamin grew up in Lubbock, Texas. He completed his undergraduate, masters, and medical degree at Texas Tech University; honoring the long line of Red Raiders within his family.
Dr. Benjamin then moved to Houston, Texas to complete his residency training in Internal Medicine at Houston Methodist Hospital, where he received the Humanism in Medicine Award for providing compassionate and devoted care to his patients.
Dr. Benjamin met his wife in medical school and tied the knot a few years later. She will be continuing her training in Pediatric Pulmonary Medicine at UT Southwestern. Together, they love to explore the world, eat good food, and spent time with family and friends. Despite his time in Houston, Dr. Benjamin remains an avid Dallas Mavericks and Cowboys fan, and also enjoys the outdoors.

The office does not coordinate well with appointments booked on this platform. Despite me making personal arrangements to get to the office, they were unaware of my appointment. I was unable to see the doctor that I researched and originally booked. It was an extremely disappointing experience. Had I not pushed to see the doctor I booked, I would have been dismissed completely and forced to make a future appointment.

I 10/10 recommend Dr. Bush Benjamin for your primary care provider. It was refreshing seeing someone young and spry. Booking my appointment online was quick and easy. The check in process was simple and paperless, and the nurse who welcomed me into my room was kind. Dr. Bush Benjamin is my new PCP! He was extremely knowledgeable, informative and helpful. Not only was he passionate about my personal health, having just met me, but he also gave me advice on how to handle specific topics. He is a genuine doctor! I visited for a stomach ache. I wasn't even checked and just given an on the shelf medicine for 2 weeks which didn't help. When I had a question after the appointment while I was paying about the medicine instead of asking the doctor the receptionist ask me to check the medicine packet.

Dr. Benjamin answered all of my questions and was very helpful when describing his practice. As a new, first-time patient, he took his time to make sure I fully understood how his office operates, how he uses his patient portal, and how he and his staff will respond should I need assistance with any health issues. Dr Benjamin was quite learned and understood my first appointment with a lot of care. He was quick to take control of my health and has given me some exceptional advice. A good departure from UK wherein the NHS, England was a stark difference. Great experience and I seem to be in good hands.
