“Caitlin provided a fantastic experience at my recent doctor's appointment. I had been disappointed with my experience at my last clinic (unannounced staffing transitions, poor communication, just generally not stellar customer service). I booked a new patient appointment with Caitlin because of the positive reviews I read online, and she didn't disappoint! I have a number of chronic health issues and came in with a few specific questions. Not only did she answer all of them without dismissing my concerns, she listened intently and actually conversed with me about my overall health! I was greatly impressed and felt very much at ease. Also, kudos to Caitlin (and the whole office) for taking a holistic approach - I was even asked if I had a safe and stable home situation, which I had never been asked before and appreciated. Would highly recommend Caitlin and Comprehensive Primary Care to anyone in NoVa!”

This was the fastest doctors appointment I've ever been to, I was in and out in about an hour with the wait between nurse, doctor, and phlebotomist under 5 minutes each - closer to 1-3 minutes!
The doctor listened to my concerns and took them seriously, referring me to a specialist outside of their practice.
I'm thrilled to have found this place and established care with them.

Appointment was scheduled for over a month and they called 3 minutes before I walked in their office to cancel because the provider didn't offer the services requested. This was frustrating because I had already spoken with their office after booking through Zocdoc to make sure the provider met my needs and was assured they would.
