About Dr. Camila De Amorim Paiva
Welcome to VIP Gynecology! I am Dr. Camila Paiva, and I started this compassionate, personalized gynecology clinic to provide the dedicated care you need. I am fortunate to work in a field I love, and I find joy in dedicating my time to help each of my patients achieve their goals.
I earned my medical degree from Universidade Federal da Paraíba (UFPB) Centro de Ciências Médicas. I completed my residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Maimonides Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery at the same institution. I am Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology by ABOG (American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology) and fellowship-trained in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery by AAGL (American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists). Through this training, I have developed the skills to successfully perform complex surgeries using tiny incisions, allowing my patients to resume their normal daily activities quickly after surgery.
In our office, you will find a wide range of gynecologic services, including annual exams, consultations, birth control, and office procedures. My mission is to provide high-quality care with the caring and kind-hearted bedside manner every patient deserves.

I came to Miami for vacation and needed to see an gynecologist for some issues I was experiencing. I was able to book an appointment with Dr. Paiva the night before and left the office with a sample of medicine that had me feeling better the next day. Everything was generally simple, the front desk staff was nice and Dr. Paiva had a great bedside manner. She listened, asked good questions and gave me a number to text her if I need anything more. She also followed up, which I appreciated. Definitely recommend!

All of my friends struggle to find a good obgyn in Miami who also has availability. Dr Paiva checks both boxes and is truly wonderful, board certified, and thoughtful. Plus lots of street parking and a parking garage in the building.

Dr. Paiva has been the most responsive and thoughtful gynecologist I have seen in Miami. I have been trying to establish care with someone who would spend the time to listen to me and follow up regarding my health issues and she has been there every day. She even followed up with my other specialists on the day I saw her. I am so happy I found her and I recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, intelligent, resourced physician.
