Office was downstairs and a bit slow. There was a long line of people waiting to be checked in for many doctors instead of just by medical field for instance. I think the office should split check in points so people don't have to wait too long. It also took them a while to see me. We were waiting 30 min and it's not clear exactly where you're supposed to wait. You have to ask around.

Dr. Chan Hu met all my expectations. First I met with her nurse who was very friendly and efficient. Dr Chan Hu was very kind , a good listener, and after giving me a physical examination sent me downstairs to get X-rays to address my concerns. Based on her initial evaluation she advised she would probably refer me for PT and advised what over the counter pain medication I should take. I received the x-ray results through the app the following day and expect a call back from the Dr within a week. She advised I could call her as well by that time to get the referral to PT and for her to explain the results of the x-rays. I am confident that I have found a very knowledgeable and supportive Rheumatologist.

Dr.Fu is great listener.I was so nervous before I saw her due to blood test results of PCP and Nephrology(ANA positive,SS border)and my fingers have swollen with pain for over a month. In addition, my family have autoimmune disease.
My questions and concerns were answered by Dr.Fu.
She checked my conditions very through. I was diagnosed with Osteoarthritis,not Rheumatoid arthritis ! I am so relieved to know.Xray was order right away after consultation.Appointment was completed about one hour. Office is very efficient. That is good point for me.

I had an excellent experience with Dr Hu and with Crystal Run Healthcare in general. The building is very impressive. All of these specialties in one building. I had my rheumatology appointment plus blood work and an x ray all done in one building in less than 1 hour. I was seen immediately. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I can’t remember the last time I felt so cared for by a Dr.

Dr. Hu took and her medical assistant took great care of me today. I was having a rough morning and was tired and slow, but Dr. Hu was patient and listened intently to my history, needs, and concerns. I have anxiety when it comes to advocating for myself and communicating with physicians and medical staff, but they treated me with respect and understanding.
Dr. Hu is extremely intelligent and has a great bedside manner. I’m glad I found her. Just an all-around positive experience today at my first visit.
