She phoned me after seeing my xray and told me that I did indeed have a fracture, but that I probably would not need surgery. She recommended that I go to CA Pacific Orthopedics which I did. The surgeon confirmed that I did have a fracture and that I did not need surgery. I would like to congratulate Leslie on her correct diagnosis and her recommendation of a good orthopedic facility, plus her timely follow-up phone call. ”

“The office was very clean and pleasant. The doctor immediately diagnosed my skin problem, which had previously been misdiagnosed as eczema and had spread and was causing me sleep nights. Furthermore, IF they are actually correct, they detected very high blood pressure and sent me to my usual provider and I’m already scheduled there. That could be a huge plus if the readings were accurate! However, the skin cream called in to a pharmacy was OTC, which I wasn’t told. I went to trouble to get it — the pharmacy did not have it. I wish she had just written it down for me. ”

Easy experience booking an appointment, clean and high quality office space, fair wait time, lovely NP (Taylor), but horrendous time getting the prescription sent to the pharmacy. Went to the nearest CVS 3 hours after our appointment, rx was not found. CVS said it was not sent, called the clinic, they said it was sent successfully, but that they will send it again. CVS still did not receive it 22+ min later. Called the clinic again, was on hold for 10+ minutes, woman at front desk said they would call in the prescription and call us back to confirm. They never did. This had now been 2 hrs waiting in the car with 2 toddlers (visiting from LA). CVS pharmacist even called the clinic and left a voicemail. Finally, we drove back to the clinic, got a prescription printed in 1 minute. I vented my frustrations and explained what happened. She replied “sounds like it was a lot of back and forth” there was never even so much as an apology for what we endured. This is unacceptable care.
I was seen in less time than I ever imagined when it was two days after Christmas with so many people ill. From the time of my appointment to leaving it was about an hour and 45 minutes which I found remarkable! Better yet the provider Leslie Cady. Was excellent! I had complete trust in her abilities and was glad to be in her care. She was a star! I’m so glad a friend told me about Carbon Health, otherwise I would still be sitting in the ER!
