“It was pretty good. They got to the point quick and it was overall fairly quick. I only had problems when they sent my medication order to a different pharmacy from the one that I had perfered but they did let me know the location of it so it wasn't too bad”

Came in for a sore throat. Had an appointment and didn’t have to wait long. The Dr came in and she seemed to be in a rush. She looked at my throat for a few seconds and said everything was fine. However, when I clarified to her that it was not actually normal and I had a large cyst on my tonsil, she looked again and said she saw it now and decided to test for strep. She then prescribed an antibiotic. I shouldn’t have had to tell the Dr to look again properly and when you’re already feeling sick, it’s not a good feeling.

They were super efficient and on top of everything. The medical assistant Jocelyn knew her stuff. She was kind and very accommodating. The Dr. was super sweet, knowledgeable, and understanding. I highly recommend Carbon, in Costa Mesa.

The Doctor seem to be a bit combative when I showed her a picture of the injury I was dealing with. Somehow the camera looked to be on the wrong knee, so the doctor went a bit back-and-forth with me on which one was injured. I regret showing the picture of the injury because it seemed at that point the doctor was asking, but basically telling me I’m showing her the incorrect knee instead of listening to the patient and hearing what knee really hurts. It just doesn’t give me confidence that the doctor really cares with what’s really going on with my health?

The nurses were very helpful and attentive, I was tested for strep and they came back very quick to help me figure out what was wrong. They were also able to fill an old medication of mine which helped me so much! Definitely a great office and I felt safe and heard there :)

My prescription was never called into the pharmacy. I tried to call the office ten times and just waited on perpetual hold. I have a scratch on my eye and still do not have the medication that was prescribed by the physician.
