Went in for ear drainage. Were prescribed ear drops and recommended to see a Specialist if need be. I’ve had open ear surgery and been thru a lot of ear issues. Drainage were determined to be an infection so, antibiotics were prescribed.

Front desk personnel was very good at doing their job and was very nice. The person that took me back to the room and did my vitals was excellent. The doctor that came in and finished the exam was great very professional and very polite. This location was by far one of the best.

Great service and was seen same day with no issues! Very short notice, but was able to get an appointment and was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time. Highly recommend this location, all staff are very friendly!

Danielle Wells, the Physicians Assistant is sharp, she communicates clearly, in terms the patient can understand. Danielle was friendly. Ruben at the front desk is friendly and he was quick at getting me checked in for both of my appointments. I was supposed to receive a call from the radiologist to review my x-ray but I never heard from them.

The ease of making the appointment was good . Once there, I just had to show my ID n insurance card, and less than 5 minutes was called to be seen. The MA was cordial and efficient. Did my diagnostic tests as required by my medical complaint. The clinician was a good listener and sufficiently knowledgeable. Office was clean and located conveniently.

The front office staff, who was also the nurse who checked me in, was very kind, positive, and friendly. His professionalism is why I would consider going again. The doctor I saw was short on patience and basically said "We can't do anything for you here; you'd have to go to the ER." I had to request the ER referral and she didn't bother to put in the reason why she thought I needed to go. Given it was Christmas Eve, I have a high deductible to go to the ER, and she gave no clear directions to the ER, I didn't bother to follow her advice and instead reached out to my PCP and then eventually teladoc.

charged for visit and medicine that did not do anything even though i told provider what i needed which was something I already had RX for before and they confirmed i would get the prescription. Instead they gave me another type instead of the proper one and completely wasted my finances on something they knew wouldnt work ignoring my need. and I suffered.

The office staff and the Dr. were very timely, friendly and efficient. After entering the treatment room I gave the nurse my medical history information including drug allergies. After the Dr. Did her assessment she concluded to prescribe me an antibiotic. When I asked for the name of the medication it happened to be one that I was allergic to. She didn’t ask me if I had any allergies and I have to assume that she didn’t look at the nurses notes before she entered the room. I am glad I caught this before I left the office. Timely, efficiency, and friendliness were great but needs improvement in attention to detail regarding patient care.
