“I have been here twice now and I can’t recommend it more highly! Staff is fantastic, providers are fantastic, location was convenient and check in with easy. I have been into a few walk in and urgent care, facilities in the past and have hadto wait for hours, or told that I needed to come back another day after making an appointment. Carbon had appointments available every day all day. And I was taking into the exam room less than five minutes after I got there. Staff is very friendly, they listened to my concerns and addressed everything so that I could understand what they were going to do and future plan of action. They took their time, I never felt rushed, and I really felt heard and cared about. I don’t even get that consideration at my regular doctor.’s office. Honestly, this is the best facility I have ever been to. ”

This urgent care facility was the only one that had time in my area when I needed to go. It was very new and very stark. I got called back into the room which had nothing in it but an exam chair and a chair for my husband and the doctor. They heard my symptoms and looked at my problem and then asked me “well what do you think it is?” I am so sick of going to the doctors for them to ask me what I think it is. I did not pay to go to college to become a doctor and if my opinion mattered the most in the room I would never go to the doctor. It’s beyond irritating. Either way they prescribed me some medication and my problem got better but very slowly. I will not be going back there and wouldn’t recommend it for you either.
