Easy to get an appt. Went right in to see the Dr. Our daughter needed X-rays at another location and they set up the appt. And then called us letting us know that location was having mechanical issues and re routed us to a new appt at a different location. Called us with her results and referred us to our next steps for care. Wonderful from start to finish,

Setting up online appointment was easy, and I was lucky they're openings that morning that fit my needs. Checking was easy, receptionist asked clear and concise verification questions about self and insurance. No issues with the tablet either.
In office visit was spot on, I felt all my inquiries were addressed and my vitals were taken professionally. The plan forward by the doctor was well my pharmacy contact were communicated to care for my situation clearly.

Zocdoc said that the office took my insurance and they didn’t and the office didn’t tell me either! Super fast visit where they didn’t administer any tests and I was out within 10 minutes? I just felt like they didn’t do a thorough job. Got hit with an unexpected charge (to me I guess).

They're not very thorough. They didn't even test if I had Covid. They didn't listen to all symptoms and I even states my prior history and was given a suggestion to use a medication that would conflict with that.

I had an appointment at 11:00am. There were two people in line with no appointments when I got there. I was asked if I had an appointment and was promptly assisted by the nurse at the desk. Went in at 11:05. Nothing negative to say. Very professional staff.

When we walked in the receptionist knew who we were and was very friendly. We had an appointment and were immediately seen. Dr was was very knowledgeable and caring to my needs.

Everything was very easy. Office was nice and clean and office personnel were very friendly. I’m in a wheelchair and they were very accommodating. My only negative issue with the entire visit was with the person who checked my ear-the reason I was there. She seemed to be quite condescending and didn’t really want to listen. I got what I needed, though, and that’s what mattered
