Was easy to schedule the appointment. I had a 3:00pm appointment and was seen at the correct time. Did not have to wait for hours to be seen.

My primary care doctor could not see me right away to resolve my issue and I knew it could not wait. The scheduling of the appointment was very easy as was the check in process by a wonderful staff member. This same wonderful experience transcended to the nurse and the Physician's Assistant. I was advised of the process from start to finish including double checks to be sure that it was resolved and what to do going forward. I felt as very valued patient, which is sorely lacking, I am sorry to say in healthcare today.

The Medical assistant and Doctor were friendly and caring. They made me feel that they cared about your well being. This will be my go to place for any urgent care needs and will highly recommend this facility.
