“Everyone from the M.A. who checked me in and did my vitals to the provider were very attentive and professional. I was made to feel very comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. The MA is a keeper. She checked my insurance and I was so impressed by how quick and efficient she was while still being so engaged with me. I was not feeling good at all and both the MA and provider were supportive. My medications were sent immediately to the pharmacy and I had a message from them before I left the urgent care of the time my prescriptions would be ready. I highly recommend going to this location. ”

The experience was great. But I had a bad ear infection. They sent the request to CVS wrong, so I have to wait 2-3 days before I can get my medicine. The have to call the DR, so she can do it right! That doesn't help the pain or infection.

Oceanside Carbon Health is always easy to set up appointments. The front office and Medical staff are very professional and promptly work on getting solutions to your concerns. I highly recommend them.
