“I liked that you dont have to do any paperwork if you are over 65. The wait time was longer than expected because I was the only one waiting. It took 4 days for the diagnosis and treatment but that was not there fault they had to take tests and wait for results. Overall good but not extraordinary ”

Good location, clean and attractive facility, personable and professional staff. It took over an hour, from the waiting area and then in the examination room before a very short interaction with a doctor who assigned an assistant to suture a wound on my leg, after another wait time. No mention of the copay prior to my appointment because I booked it online. It seemed high to me from my experience with other urgent care facilities.

I got there about 10 minutes before my appt, brought my med list with me, had completed the online info prior to visit. I was greeted quickly and pleasantly. There was no one waiting in the waiting area. I was seen within 5 mins of my appt time.
One person said that the Nurse Practitioner was going to be the one doing the procedure, and they didn't. The intake nurse that ended up doing things was nice, but at one point wiped down the cabinet AND THE FLOOR with a paper towel and then did NOT change her gloves before touching any of the equipment. The NP was curt and not welcoming, making sure to say the medical terms as quickly as possible. I ended up paying for a service that I did not have a resolution to. If this were any other business, I would not be required to pay for something that someone didn't fix. Overall unpleasant experience.
