I have seen one provider that was unpleasant here in the past. Every other visit has been as pleasant as an urgent care can be.

The provider was very friendly and took time to understand my concerns and prescribed suitable medication to me all in a timely manner.

revolving door office. didnt have the steroid shot that i needed. instead prescribed steroid pills that arent as effective for my condition and caused me to be nauseous. nurse practitioner just prescribed it immediately without even discussing options. i think shes a bit off putting.
They need to organize the front desk situation, homeless people and people without appointments are treated before people with appointments. Not a good system, I was helped over 30 minutes after my original booking.
