“I was seen quickly, and recommended your services to the hotel I am staying at.
My only issue was there was no doorbell & door was locked. Receptionist was on the phone & seemed to ignore our attempt to enter. I understand security but this needs work. We got in when another customer left.
That was the only disappointment, otherwise everyone was top notch!”

Unfortunately, my frustration with attempting to book with an urgent care provider - receiving confirmations for 4 appointments in a row and having all four cancelled - I ended up booking with Carbon Health. They were amazing, however, I have continually felt frustrated with attempts to book with a doctor or chat with anyone who could actually assist me when using ZocDoc and am considering cancelling and paying for medical insurance out of pocket due to the continuous frustration with ZocDoc.

Day and night with other Urgent Care centers! I was able to be seen within 15-30min and both the front desk, nurse and doctor were amazing. The facility looks brand new and was super clean. They took the time to listen/help and did a thorough examination of my issue.

Other than none of the ZocDoc information I’d already submitted via the app getting to them - I had to re enter everything on their system. The place was professional, modern and clean, Doctor & nurse were good and my daughter was well taken care of.

This is an urgent care, where you would go during a dire situation, but it takes forever to register through the ipads and scan ur insurance card by yourself, standing. I was not in the mindset to do so myself because I was in pain. That alone already makes me not want to come back here.
