“The office staff and the Dr. were very timely, friendly and efficient. After entering the treatment room I gave the nurse my medical history information including drug allergies. After the Dr. Did her assessment she concluded to prescribe me an antibiotic. When I asked for the name of the medication it happened to be one that I was allergic to. She didn’t ask me if I had any allergies and I have to assume that she didn’t look at the nurses notes before she entered the room. I am glad I caught this before I left the office. Timely, efficiency, and friendliness were great but needs improvement in attention to detail regarding patient care. ”
