During the height of covid, Carey worked as a government contract worker for FEMA on the U.S., Mexico border. Carey was born in Japan and has lived in Panama, Mexico, the United States, and spent several months living in India studying Ayurvedic medicine. Her eclectic background introduced her to natural medicinal healing at a young age. She is most interested in working with mental health issues such as stress, depression, PTSD, chronic pain, men’s sexual health, oncology support, cosmetic acupuncture and micro-needling. She supports all modalities of medicine and believes that the most important aspect of healing is what best serves the patient.
