About Dr. Carla Spades
Dr. Spades was born and raised in Los Angeles. She graduated from California State University, Los Angeles, and moved on to attend UCLA where she obtained her medical degree as well as a Masters degree in Public Health focused on Community Health Sciences. She completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where she was awarded the Kenneth J. Ryan Residency Training Award for Excellence and Dedication to Family Planning, as well as the Special Resident in Minimally Invasive Gynecology. She is particularly passionate about minimally invasive techniques in Gynecologic surgery and preconception counseling.

Dr. Spades was fabulous. I was seen 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, unfortunately. Other than the extended wait I would definitely recommend this office- they were able to get me in with just a few days notice, as well.

Dr. Spades was excellent. Even though I was a bit frustrated when I walked in she kept her cool and made me feel at ease. I could tell she cares about her patients and gave me great recommendations for my health. I would advise you to not fill out the online forms because reception will make you fill out everything again (I did not like this because it felt like double the work). Overall very nice staff and quick and easy appointment once seen.

Carla was amazing! The front desk receptionist was a little rude but maybe she was having a tough day. The rest of the nurses/receptionists seemed very nice. Once I saw the doctor she was very kind and extremely helpful. So thankful I went to see her!
