“She listened, she kept questioning my symptoms to better diagnose or to go on the right path to find out what’s going on. I felt relieved that someone finally wants to take different steps to see what my diagnosis are rather than assuming what it could be and rule out any other test. ”

Carlee Clarino wasn’t aware of the appointment and I had to call the office to find her. She was late in meeting with me. She also couldn’t find anywhere to recommend to me and the appointment was rushed. Definitely wouldn’t see her again. It was probably an off day for her.
Video visit
It would help the overall sound quality (I could hear my responses echo in the office) if Nurse Clarino were to use headphones. However, that's my only complaint. She's a fabulous care provider.
