I got lost on my way to my first appointment because of my GPS! I redirected myself (12mins away now- arrival at 3pm which is my appointment time.) Front desk called me and I explained I got lost - on my way. I was informed to reschedule because doctor doesn't have time and I will set her back. Very rude!!!
I would of arrived at 3pm and 5 mins to complete my paperwork tops... I would have never done that to a patient on their way and got lost 12 mins away. I work in Healthcare for over 20 years and my staff would of understood and allowed my visit.
Based on my experience I wouldn't recommend-- I booked somewhere else.
