Her diverse experience spans psychiatry, acute and critical care, emergency care, oncology, surgery, family practice, home health, and telehealth. She has also provided trauma-informed care to individuals affected by abuse, trafficking, domestic violence, homelessness, and complex trauma. Carly's approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and focused on the whole person. She takes time to understand each client's concerns, experiences, strengths, and goals while encouraging questions and active participation in care. Her goal is to help clients better understand themselves, build confidence, and feel supported as they work toward greater mental and physical well-being. Outside of work, Carly enjoys staying active, exploring new places and cultures, cooking, painting, and spending time with family and friends.
