Dr. Chen was so sweet. I had a lot of concerns regarding allergies/hives & she let me talk my mouth off! She was very insightful and reassured me about my concerns. The staff was also sweet, nice women. Glad I came here

Great customer service, all questions were answered before doctor came to me. Be prepared to wait a little longer than usual! The wait time was about 30 minutes

I came here for my annual physical after moving to NYC. Good location, wait times are short, and staff is friendly. Dr Chen is my PCP, and I can’t say enough good things about her. She’s a great listener, thorough, and explains things in a digestible fashion. Also – she has a great sense of humor! Highly recommend.

I’ve been looking for a female doctor for a while that makes me feel comfortable, cares, and listens and Dr.Chen was exactly who I’ve been looking for. Most of the staff were women and very friendly and I felt very content with my appointment. Highly recommend :)

The office was very spacious, inviting, calm, and clean. The front desk was very kind, and thoroughly walked me through the check-in. They also called after my appointment to let me know they had sent the referrals to my patient portal. The nurse that attended to me was super sweet and walked me through everything with her. The doctor was also very kind and patient with me, even though I could tell my list of medical history was exhaustive and took a lot more time than other patients. She also gave me a lot of referrals for what I needed, and was very informative. I would like to continue going here, and if my first visit is any indication on how it will be in the future, I'll definitely continue going here!
