This was my first experience with a psychiatrist and I was nervous but when she got on the video call her huge smile immediately calmed me and I knew she was the perfect choice. She listened to everything I said and was very empathetic and nonjudgmental. After just my assessment call I feel so good about my choice to reach out for help!
