I don't have any input on the provider herself, but the process to book with her was very frustrating. I specifically booked with her because it said she accepted my insurance. I got the initial confirmation email and then day-of reminder texts and another confirmation an hour before the appointment. The email said to drive to her office so I called to ask if I was supposed to be there in-person or virtual. The person who answered told me that there would be no appointment because she didn't accept my insurance, then asked me to cancel on my side (which, to my understanding would have charged me a last-minute cancellation fee?). I wouldn't have even known that the appointment was cancelled if I hadn't called. I really needed this appointment :(

Casey is phenomenal at her job. I wouldn’t want anyone else to take care of me and direct me when choosing medicine and treatments. She’s the best of both worlds with the heart and touch of a nurse and the knowledge of an MD. She’s absolutely my go to for anything medical!
