My practice focuses exclusively on adults age 18 and older, from young adults navigating life transitions to those facing changes in relationships, careers, health, or other areas of life. I believe effective mental health care starts with listening carefully, understanding the whole person, and creating a treatment plan that reflects each individual’s needs, goals, and preferences. My journey to mental healthcare
My journey began as a cardiac, ICU step-down, and ER nurse. I later became a Family Nurse Practitioner, working in primary care and moved on to acute care on an inpatient detox unit. My passion for mental health led me to become a PMHNP, allowing me to combine my medical and psychiatric experience to care for the whole person.
My goals for you
I help clients identify meaningful, realistic goals and develop a treatment plan tailored to their individual needs. We’ll track progress together, celebrate improvements, and adjust our approach when needed. My goal is to help you build on your strengths and create lasting, positive change.
